Todds & Duncan, de Kinross, produit ces fils à partir des meilleures fibres de Mongolie, spécialement pour le tricot industriel. Ils sont de densité moyenne et ont été passés à la vapeur pour réduire leur tendance à se tordre ; en effet, comme il s'agit d'un seul brin, une tendance à produire un "biais" peut se manifester. Mais leurs couleurs sont superbes, et les tisserands aussi aiment bien ces fils...
