Cash/merino/viscose and cash/viscose lace weight

The cash/merino/viscose yarns are spun by Lineapiu, one of the top Italian cashmere mills. Made from the best cashmere and long fine merino fibres they give better stitch definition and strength than pure cashmere but are still soft, with the viscose giving improved handling and an attractive sheen.

The 50%/50% cashmere/viscose lace weights are from Todd & Duncan, in their color range and with the lustre of viscose but the softness of cashmere, they would make a fantastic special fabric..

Cash/merino/viscose and cash/viscose lace weight

The fibre compositions are cashmere 10%, merino 55%, viscose 35%. As 2/28NM yarns these give 2,300 yards per cone, 7,000 yards per lb, and should give around 32-36 stitches on a 4 inch swatch, using US 2-5, 2.5-3.75 mm needles.
